Ultimate Legends Week 12 Ray Lewis Challenges keeps saying ERROR our servers cannot process your request this time. Please try again later.
I figured out how to get it to work. Ypu must remove ray lewis from your lineup...I had him as my 4th mlb removed him completely from lineup and was able to play his challenges...hope this helps for all!
Same problem for me. Still not fixed after almost 24 hours
They don't care unless they are losing out on money. You see how fast they fix things when people are pulling good cards off glitched packs though or when they need to fix a pack where people have to pay real money. But not when it doesn't get them more money. This company only cares when it affects their pockets.
Thought this would be fixed by now. Same issue here.

XBOX One, JOSEPHMICHAEL23, and it started when the week 12 Ultimimate Legends challenges went live. I was able to play the first three but not the Ray Lewis ones it is stuck on the first Ray Lewis challenge when you click to play it the message shows up

Started the day week 12 challenges were released for ultimate legends. I could only play the first 3 challenges and now get an error when I try to play the fourth challenge.

Same as everyone else, completed the 3 Adrian Peterson but cannot play Ray Lewis challenges. Has been going on since you guys released the content

Same here went to play this morning and this afternoon Week 12 UL Ray Lewis gets error message. Try to play stay stuck keep cycling SMH

Gamer ID is Tattysnuc playing on Xbox series X, physical media install (ie disk).
I've tried re-doing the first 3 challenges and they work fine, but as soon as you click to start the challenge it goes into the blank loading screen with the NFL logo and seems to get stuck in a loop. I've left it for about 30 mins and come back to find it still there on the same screen, so I quit out of madden, rebooted the Xbox and then whenever I try to play them it comes up with a "cannot connect to server" error - but ONLY on the Ray Lewis first challenge.
All other challenges in this Ultimate Legends series, and indeed others, such as infinite flux, have all worked fine.
