Ultimate Legends Week 12 Ray Lewis Challenges keeps saying ERROR our servers cannot process your request this time. Please try again later.
I figured out how to get it to work. Ypu must remove ray lewis from your lineup...I had him as my 4th mlb removed him completely from lineup and was able to play his challenges...hope this helps for all!
I'm having the same issue but in week 16 of ultimate Legends challenges it's stuck on Larry Wilson it will not let me begin the first challenge of his, I went through Walter Payton fine and then I started getting the server message either that or if it does go to the loading screen it never comes off of it and I have to turn my Xbox one off and restart it but it never gets past that point. I've submitted several requests and try to chat with someone a few times but all they said to do is what I've already done reset it and then do a hard restart on the Xbox one which none of that helped. My username is Jstoudt1, I play on Xbox One, just started probably four or five days ago from today's date. The case I currently have open says waiting on player but there's nothing to wait on me for. I tried to go back to that case it says you can enter more information but there's no way for me to do that it's only pointing me to look at other post and the option to continue texting isn't even showing up I went and put a message on the boards with all of my contact information and help me someone will see that but I could really use some help here I can't progress in my ultimate Legends without going past this point obviously so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
