Ultimate team missing and error message “You don’t have access to this section”

Platform:Xbox Series S

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Seasons
Summarize your bug Madden ultimate team missing from menu and error message “You don’t have access to this section”
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? I log on the madden 24 the option for ultimate team is missing from the menu and if I tap on the featured news for ultimate team it say “Error you don’t have access to this section”
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play madden ultimate team

Please help me it’s been like this for a week

    HI @lowpondlife637 

    Do you have the last-gen version or the current-gen version (with the X|S icon on the game tile) installed? 

    Game Pass Ultimate will give you an EA play subscription which only has a timed trial for Madden NFL 24. 

    To confirm if the game was being accessed via Game Sharing on Xbox there might have been changes with their Xbox account, in which case you might need to speak with Xbox support for assistance as we don't have any support for game sharing and this could be causing a problem with accessing the full game.

    It says I have no ban history and even checked with EA help to see if I had a ban and they said no. Even if I was banned I have nothing to be banned.

    Hi @lowpondlife637, To confirm do you subscribe to Game Pass Core or Ultimate? If so, have you had access in the past?

    I have game pass ultimate and also have ownership of the game from someone else’s home Xbox and have had access in the past
