unable to access EA Connect on Madden 24

I'm unable to access EA Connect on Madden 24 for XBOX.  I have my XBOX account and EA account linked. When I hit R3, It only gives me the option to change my profile.

As of today, my EA Connect button (R3) is completely missing and I can not play with any of my friends. Not receiving invites nor able to invite.
