unable to access EA Connect on Madden 24

I'm unable to access EA Connect on Madden 24 for XBOX. I have my XBOX account and EA account linked. When I hit R3, It only gives me the option to change my profile.

same issue. XBOX One - Madden 25 - EA Connect doesnt show in bottom right, R3 just opens XBOX Profile left pane.
