Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending

Brought madden 24 recently tried to use mut points to buy a pack, the game froze and now I'm unable to purchase anything due to the error message "unable to complete transaction due to previous purch...

@boggasio Did you ever get this resolved? I have been facing the same issue now for a few days.

Hey Everyone, 

If you are still running into the error message "unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending please retry." when trying to purchase packs in-game. Please provide the requested information in our thread here.
