Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch) Verify you signed into your PSN account Check for updates Restore Licence Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides Open your PS5 NAT Type Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

When you have a moment can we try the following?

Check for updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS5 NAT Type

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

Ich habe auch alles versucht. PW x mal zurückgesetzt und wenn ich auf verknüpfte Konten gehe und steht immer wieder unaeble to connect und soll die eine Verknüpfung löschen, nur ist die Einstellungen nirgends. Habe seit Monaten ein Abo und kann es einfach nicht nutzen. Ich brauche Hilfe 🙏🏼

This does NOT solve the issue. Many of these threads are marked as a solution, where honestly no current solution to this issue exists. On Xbox One Madden 24 none of the above mentioned troubleshooting methods fixes the problem. I have tried all this, and still get the HTTP 404 Error when attempting to play Madden NFL 24

Haha we know, they just keep telling the same stuff all the time. Everything works if I change to a friends account. And I even tried going through Xbox Cloud gaming with my account and even that had the same issue.

For everyone having a issue with this on pc it worked for me to close the game go in on the EA app log out of my account and then log back in
