@Herkamer78 Alright, I've just asked EA Support about this issue, and was told that packs could show up in general, (but not be in the store), if:
- Its not in rotation, (other items are currently in the store)
- Its not out yet, (the item hasn't been released yet)
- The event or promotion had expired, (the item is no longer available to buy in the store)
- There's a delay, (the item is suppose to be out, but it hasn't made it to the store yet)
- The item was advertised early, (the game had announced the item before it was added to the store)
Note: The italic text is my understanding of things.
That being said, from what I can tell, the pack you're wanting to buy was part of a promotional sale. If it was, then it won't be in the in-game store anymore. In this case, with it being a promotional item, I'm not sure if, (and when), it would return to the store again.
I’ve been looking for since it posted on screen but it has never came into the store. It has dropped in price 2 or 3 times since originally posting and I’ve never seen it

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. I'm sorry to hear this has been going on for so long. It looks like that pack can only be purchased once, so if you picked it up at some point in the past I'm afraid it would no longer appear on the store. That said, I did want to pass this along to the team just in case there's an issue.
Which platform are you playing on? Would you mind sharing your Gamertag or PSN ID?
