Unable to Purchase Points

I am unable to purchase madden points like I would normally. When I go to the store to purchase the amount I want and press A on it, the screen becomes unresponsive for a second and prompts me with a server error screen. Obviously not what is supposed to happen. I tried to look through the forms but found nothing helpful really. The image I attached is what pops up after I press A on any selected amount of points in the madden shop.

    Hi @MrAwesome91500, To check have you already spoken with Xbox support to confirm your account should be able to complete purchases or if you might have one that is got stuck in processing and has not finished?

    Can we try the following steps for Xbox and check if the error continues?

    Just tried everything that was suggested. I even took out my ether net cable and my extra storage on my Xbox. Nothing worked. I would like to mention that I have been able to purchase points in the past and that this appeared out of now where. I wish I could give more information about this to try and help but it is as simple as I stated in my first help forum post.
