Update needed?

I saw that multiple people had the same issue in october and that it has continued unfixed for a while yet the original post was closed out as fixxed? 

Madden 24 wont boot due to a update needed that doesnt exsist....

Hey EA your games arent playable... your online app continuesly crashes my pc and creates phantom files, then the games i want to play either wont boot due to anticheat crashing repeatedly or this.... why do we pay for your services? This battle with your software is constant....
