PC gaming, especially the single-player having to go through hoops of being a prisoner to awful decision making processes by executives is inexcusable. The inconvenience factor will indeed hurt cash flows in the future due to...acy (It's off on default, lol) which steers people who would rather just play straight. Anti-cheat or whatever is fine. However going into your BIOS to run a game is ridiculous.
I agree and with that the dammn game still won't start this ea app is the worse pos ever made which makes EA play a joke just a waste of money

4080 rtx, Raptor Lake i-9, blah, blah, blah... You need to enable safe boot which is off by default in the BIOS. Not a Windows 11 issue, an EA issue pertaining to their implementation process to go in and turn that performance eater on.
mines enabled but im still getting my machine doesnt have secure boot enabled, what the hell to do i do here? Pga tour work's fine assuming it has anti cheat software.
I don't have secure boot enabled (Yet) still deciding if I want to cancel Pro-Play account. I can play PGA Tour fine (Last a played though was last week, have not installed a pending update).
I would wait for a tech advisor on your issue. Not sure if enabling TPM is required in the BIOS as well.
