Why does my Xbox series X turn off while playing Madden 24?

Ever since I have played madden 23, my Xbox has been turning itself off in the middle of games I would be playing on franchise and even multiplayer. It is absolutely annoying and I want to know if there will ever be a solution to fix this or will it always be a problem?

His console is not overheating. I play COD Warzone 2.0 longer than I ever played MAdden and it gets way hotter when I play COD. Guess what? COD NEVER SHUTS OFF MY XBOX. But you better believe Madden did.
How dare you blame their xbox you incompetent child. It is your crap game. I refunded it so fast as I have never had a game shut down my xbox like that. Pure trash EA

This sounds like your console is overheating.

Vacuum away any dust/lint from the console air vents and store your console out in the open rather than in an enclosed cabinet.

@EA_Barry Yeah it's not his console. The game is buggy and garbage. Plain and simple you guys are the worst devs out there for video games. I have never had my xbox shut off before while playing a game. Do not come at me with this overheating BS. Like wow you guys deserve the biggest class action lawsuit ever. So glad I got my $ refunded for your awful game.

@jammedcoffeeThey will never fix it. EA is focused on diversity hires and that is why the game is dog water. They are just going to blame you over and over again instead of accepting fault, just like a diversity hire would do (because they can't get in trouble because of diversity privilege)
