Wrong EAPLAY account subbed by accident

I need help. I accidentally subscribed to eaplay with the wrong account and gamertag and i was wondering if i can change it to this gamertag and email address... I cant access my madded progress and that was the whole reason i re subscribbed to eaplay in the first place. Can anybody help?
