Wrongly banned;Please refund.

Since I’ve been banned since December 15. Please refund me all the money I’ve spent on this game. I’ve forgiven bugs, but I cannot forgive you wrongly banning me, and you clearly have no intention of reviewing my account in a timely manner, and letting me play the game that I used to enjoy.

    @EA_Barry @How long am I supposed to wait for a “ timely” response? I appealed on the 15th. If themes of Service team cannot provide a response today, I expect a full refund.

    I havnt got back to about my wrongful ban either I have no access to online play, I got banned for absolutely no reason this issue needs to be fixed

    I got the ban overturned conveniently after reporting this crap to the BBB (better business bureau), but I still feel like I deserve make rights for not being able to play the game. @EA_Barry

    I am feeling the same way as you, I just filed with the BBB thank you for informing me about them. I feel that I deserve make right for the time I haven't been allowed to use my account especially since it was during the holidays and there were so many deals in the shop.

    Sorry for necro post. Did this ever get resolved for you?

    I play strictly offline and now Im randomly banned and about to request a refund for banning me when I only play offline.
