All, I have yet to see a fix for this. I’ve seen the steam work around that doesn’t work for me. I have an elite 2 for my gaming pc. Madden 24 reads the controller as I can move directionally ...
Hi @DevRunDMC When you have a moment can we try the following and check for any changes?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Try a new user or admin account
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Confirm in your EA Account settings page that the game shows under the Order History section
