XBox controller is not recognized in game after launching Madden 24.

After launching Madden 24 the game does not recognize my Xbox controller and only allows keyboard input to play the game.  The controller is plugged in and recognized by by Windows 10.  The Xbox game...

This is happening for all pc players. We can’t play the game unless we use mouse and keyboard.
