When I’m in franchise mode and I go to edit the class and download from madden share it loads infinitely and never shows up. There’s no error message, it jus says please wait in the bottom right and it never loads.

No it still isn’t fixed and the EA helpers are not helpful

Unfortunately no and I get the feeling that they are never going to fix this issue. I’ve had this issue going on 3 months now, so I have completely given up and the EA help team just tells you to restart everything which doesn’t work ☹️
EA help sucks
I talked with EA , they said it's an Xbox support thing so contact them, could be our drivers whatever that means.
