"You are not a valid Ultimate team user...". Please help

Product: Madden NFL 24
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Which console generation do you have? Sony PlayStation 5 Disc Edition
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? DroidXJay
Date/time issue occurred 09/18/23
What type of issue do you have? Companion app isn't functioning correctly when trying to sell cards in the auction. 

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? 
Summarize your bug Madden companion app gives me the following error when i try to auction cards off.


How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the app and try to sell cards.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t sell my cards on the companion app.
What do you expect to see? My auction posted to the auction house

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team

    I am unable to post any player on the auction block. Every time I am “Not a Valid Ultimate Player Can not post on auction.  What does that mean and how to resolve it.

    I am having the same error. I can post on the PS5 just fine but I get the same error on the companion app.

    Please fix this issue. We can use the auction house perfectly fine we just can’t sell cards on the companion app. I just watched a video of a guy posting an auction perfectly fine from the app. Very frustrating.

    Has there been an update on this issue?  Seems the same across the board - no issue in game, just in app.  Thanks
