I've also had the same issue as well as having the MUT rewards website say that there is not a Gamertag associated with a console. I've wondered if they are connected in some way. After reaching out to EA help chat on multiple occasions they expressed that there is nothing they can do on their end, but have notified the game team. Basically, the advice is always just to keep waiting and see if it gets fixed. The companion app also thinks that I have two "Personas" on the app which is odd because I don't own the PC version of Madden 24. Again, I have wondered if these issues may be connected in some way and wondered if others had these issues together as well.
Interesting, I too show 2 different (PS5 and PC) personas when I log into the app. I also do not have any type of PC account. For those stating that it can't be in your lineup, or upgraded... they aren't. it doesn't matter, you just can't post cards....
