Is anyone else getting this error also seeing that you've got a PC persona in the companion app, even if you haven't actually played on PC?
i can see my ps5, my pc and my series x persona(xbox one currently not visible). I usually play on Series X. I've only played the tutorial on the PC trial version and haven't played the PS5 version at all so far.
Yes, I am having this issue and I have a PS5, Xbox and PC persona. I tried under all 3 and get the same error.

I am getting the same issue where I can not post auction because I am ultimate valid player. Any ideas on have to workaround this issue.
We are all still clearly having the same issue. And it's been over 2 weeks since I posted about it. The customer service for a company am that has millions of customers is absolutely terrible. You've even asked a few questions on here, and have yet to respond once... Just fix the issue, and then relay the message to us, so we can enjoy your game. Because clearly no one form EA wants to talk to their customers....
Separate issue, but I emailed you guys 2 months ago, and still haven't gotten a response... Highly laughable at this point!!
This App is a joke... people was mad because we didn't have it... then you release a broken app.. and will not fix it.. history shows once you release the app yall never update it again.. and it shows yall don't care because you don't even update us on what's going on.. some people depend on the app to buy and sell cards.. who cares about the great new features you added... they are all pointless because the APP is broken for MUT... as long as yall are helping the 3rd party users with exporting their stuff yall aren't going to do anything else to the app to help MUT users.. I will be reporting your app to Android and Apple hopefully they can force you into doing something or at least just remove the app from their market place.. that way every gets mad again and maybe yall will fix it....
Maybe we should all uninstall and stop using the app … since they don’t seem to care to have some respect by answering the question with some kind of update or response …
