Is anyone else getting this error also seeing that you've got a PC persona in the companion app, even if you haven't actually played on PC?
We are all still clearly having the same issue. And it's been over 2 weeks since I posted about it. The customer service for a company am that has millions of customers is absolutely terrible. You've even asked a few questions on here, and have yet to respond once... Just fix the issue, and then relay the message to us, so we can enjoy your game. Because clearly no one form EA wants to talk to their customers....
Separate issue, but I emailed you guys 2 months ago, and still haven't gotten a response... Highly laughable at this point!!
