"You are not a valid Ultimate team user...". Please help

I’m on PS5 yet when I select ps4 or pc it shows the same thing (my coins and binder) so I’m assuming that bug is why we can’t auction anything. It was not like that before but there was a bug that had all the cards in your binder jumbled into one row. Seems like when they fix one thing they completely break another…. Swim in our money but can’t even properly develop an app a computer engineer out of college can develop
