So the "Team" identified the issue. You mean the one that as far as I know when I purchased your product on 8/19 and has been ongoing as of 8/27? Do you guys even play your own product? Too little to late EA. You treat your customers like garbage and I did call the BBB today and I hope others follow. I am going to write a letter to Mr, Godell and let him know you are tarnishing the NFL brand and to please not give you the exclusive license again and I hope others do the same. This monopoly has hurt the consumer and set back video game football by 20 years. P.S.-Team Builder still does not work for me!!
