College Football 25 Missing Pre-Order or Deluxe content

It seems not all of the pre order items showed up once I downloaded the game. I tried backing out and re downloading

    Unfortunately, we cannot assist with missing items or rewards here in the Answers HQ community.

     

    Sometimes it can take a moment to see your content. You can try fully relaunching Madden 25 and playing a few matches to confirm if your items appear. 

     

    If not, you will want to reach out to our support with your Purchase Information to take a further look.  

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Madden NFL 25 
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

    I downloaded the early access version of Madden but none of the free content is showing

    I’m missing a lot of pre order content. I haven’t received anything from CUT 25 that was supposed to be granted as well as my points and packs aren’t there either.

    I have not received my Season 1 Experience Token or the Ulitmate Alumni players from completing the objectives in College Football 25 Ultimate Team. The representative from Customer Service chat said to post this here.

    Hey there, I did not receive the XP (61,500) for the pre-order bonus. It seems like others have not received it based on what I am reading. Was hoping to get some help with that.
