Missing packs from Team Pass.
Hello all I’ve been having an issue where I do not receive the mid field packs from the team pass I had purchased. This is disappointing because that’s one of the main reasons I bought the pass. I have been receiving the other rewards but not a single midfield pack. Is any one else having this issue? Did ea just screw me out of my money?

The issue with the missing packs from the Team Pass should be fixed now. Please log in and check to see if you've got the packs that were missing when you've got the chance.If you're still not seeing the packs you had previously unlocked, or if you're still not earning them from leveling up, please let us know.
