never got my deluxe edition preorder content for M25 and didn’t get the 3 ultimate alumni players from college football 25. Just tried contacting support and they sent me here, what should I do? How can I get my preorder stuff
I have a case with EA and PSN. They keep saying "they are working on it" but it's been a week. Just credit all madden players with 5,000 and im sure we'll be ok with that. or give us our extra money spent back.
Same here. Still missing my CUT ultimate alumni cards to redeem the 85 card. Almost past the time the card is usable, they really should give us some type of refund for spending the extra money on the per-order bundle.
Sad EA still having these kinds of issues after all these years.
