We don't know the details of your ban here on the EA Forums. CMs have no visibility into sanctions on an account.
However, if you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.
All that matters is that the case is set up for an appeal. Live Support can set it up for you or you create a case with the options below.- Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
- Select the game from which your account was banned or suspended. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage My Account, then Banned or Suspended Account.
- Click the Select Contact option.
- If you haven’t already done so, sign in to your account with the ban or suspension.
