Cannot connect to ea servers on xbox for madden nfl 25

hi is happening to me right now on Maden 25. I updated my pass word but keeps failing.  Mi ID is xX_SHIFER_Xx playing in PS5

EA is clueless, they don't know how to fix their broken games.  I've had this problem for a month now, just happened out of the blue.  I'm done with EA.  Madden25 was their last chance.  Garbage company releasing broken products and giving brain dead solutions that don't work because they don't care if it works as long as they already got their money.

I fixed mine.  Had to unlink my steam account and create a new EA account on a different email then link that to Steam.  Of course, I can't link again to another account for 6 months so if it happens again I'm screwed.  MY account was not banned, it's an issue with EA

My Game ...Madden 25 for xBox S. Internet connection is fine I only have one other game one right now MLB Show24. I can sign on my xBox S , open  Madden 25 , but when i go to sign on to EA Servers ... I am told that the EA Servers are not available, try later. This has been going on for the last 36 hours.

Exactly same issue for me.  I last played successfully yesterday afternoon, tried to log back on at 10:30 pdt, got the same message for an hour.  Fell asleep in my chair.  Went to bed, woke up, complained to my wife, tried it again for the last 40 minutes.  Nada.  What to do?

It has now been 24 hours with the warning:  Attention: The EA servers are not available.  Please Try again later.

This really sucks because Season 4 is coming to a close and I’m concerned I’ll be left hanging with missed opportunities to upgrade my players.  

does anyone from EA moderate/review this board?  Kinda hard to delete lineups or any other suggestions that I’ve read when I can’t even get in.  Very disappointing.
