Can't connect to EA servers

Hello, I keep getting "Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time" error. I have tried literally everything to resolve this. I play on a Xbox One. To date I have: waited 24 hours, power cycled...

Just a quick update: I saw a common recommendation was to connect to a phones mobile hotspot, but that was unsuccessful. I am still unable to connect to the EA servers.
