Cant load madden 25 on pc ea app

I have tried all those steps and none of them seem to work. I want to point out that when i first run the game for the first time, it gave a error saying something about the anthicheat not being updated and the website i could go to learn how to update it, and i updated it through the EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe. But, everytime i update madden 24 to madden 25, initially it shows that i updated it, but when i close the installer and reopen it, it just shows madden 24 and not the madden 25 that i updated. Nowadays it doesn't even give the error anymore.

What did u do to make it work?

I have the same issue, and this doesn't help.  I've been able to play in the past with the same system

2. Download and install all available Windows Updates
