@EA_Pulsar Any Progress At All??? I repeated all the troubleshooting I am aware of and still crashed this evening.
Platform account (PSN ID, Xbox ID, etc.): Riosmexican22
Specific platform (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, etc.): Xbox Series X
Summary of the issue: Game crashes during league game in superstar mode. It is a drafted player from NCAA. I am in my sixth season and on game 13 vs the Eagles. Played the 1st quarter at least a hundred times since the crashing started 2 weeks ago.
Error message (or error code): No error message. Just freezes and than sends me back to Xbox Homepage. If I hit the start button on Madden 25 after it sends me to the homepage, it doesn't give me the option to quit.
Timestamp for when the issue occurred (Date, Time, Timezone): Multiple times a day over the last two weeks since the update. The last Error: Sep. (Friday)13th at 9 PM Central Time.
When is the error happening? It happens 98% of the time in the 1st quarter after a play ends and it goes to the players. It freezes randomly on the players and sends me back to the Xbox Homepage. I have made it to the 3rd quarter twice after trying several troubleshooting.
- Made sure there were no updates available for the game and console.
- Hard Reset (I make sure to unplug all of the connections and pull the power cable after I hold the power button down. I have let it sit for 15 minutes, 1 hour, and 6 hours)
- Clear MAC address
- Google DNS (8888 - 8844)
- Manual Ports (tried all of them and assigned them in my Google home wifi application.
- Reset Home wifi
- Hard wired ethernet into Xbox Series X
- Cleared Persistent Storage under (Settings>Devices & Connections>Blue-ray)
- Toggled on and off Game transcription under (Settings>Accessibility>Game and chat transcription)
- System Console Info to reset Xbox Series X (First time I did it with keeping the games and the second time removing everything)
- Signed out, signed back in.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game at least 12 times and deleted my saved data/reserved data.
- I log in with a different avatar and sign back into my main Superstar Avatar.
- Let the Main Menu sit to load for 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, and 1 Hour.
- Log into SuperStar and back out to the Main Menu, Back out to the Homepage quit the game to close completely, and then start it back up.
- Start a game and then back out to the Main Menu and back to the Xbox Homepage.
(I also restart the Xbox in between each troubleshooting step. I have tried these steps in as many scenarios as possible.)
I am beyond frustrated and would just like to play the game I purchased... I was very excited for NCAA to come back and the feature to import my player into Madden was an automatic purchase for me. Please fix this game as soon as possible... I have never experienced a game crashing like this over every generation of console starting with my Original Nintendo. Troubleshooting was very simple when I just had to blow into the cassette... I would just like an update and some kind of ETA for a solution... Let me know if I can try anything else in the meantime...
