    I figured out a way around it do some solos unlock some packs and when your opening other packs at the bottom left it will say hit square/X button to open 96 genki pack I hope this helps

Thanks for reporting this issue. We will share it with the team. For now, please use the workaround and open any other random pack. After that press the button to open the next pack in your inventory.
