Hello all + EaBeen having an issue regarding H2H modes since Thursday 2/27. Game will load up normally in the lobby. But once launched, the game will play intro commentary, and then it will show the stadium slowly spinning (like it usually does before you pick a play) and thats it. It only stops when I close out the game completly from the PS screen.I've attempted to relaunch the game. Change DNS settings to 8888- 8844, reload default settings, reinstall the game, re activate the license, clear caches and reload databases via safe mode, and finally factory reset my ps5 only to have the same issue occur.Could you please help me with this issue? And escalate internally? Anyone else experiencing this? Thank you.

xx1derboixx Hey,The Madden team resolved the issue where players were not able to connect to H2H modes. Franchise may be a bit different. Let us know if you are still getting an issue when you try go into Franchise mode.

xx1derboixx So if you delete your EA account you will run into more issues than what is happening now. There is no delete and an hour later its fixed. Account deletions can take up to 30 days, then you have the console unlinks, data removal etc.For H2H, access should be fixed; I'm taking it is not. So if its mut related the only way I see getting it resolved at the moment is through the companion app. Manually getting basic players to swap those that have the issue like the Genki ones. Its a pain I did on my lunch.But deleting your account won't solve the issue; it will indeed make things worse. Im watching our rooms, and the studio folks working on this and I am trying to get some updates as quickly as I can. If there is a workaround I have to test it, make sure its cool beans and then let the players know.I know it is frustrating, and you want to play. Believe me, I am trying to get you guys in to the game as quickly and painlessly as I can.

EA_Shepard ea_shepard Hey, no I appreciate your engagement I believe yall are doing your job to the best of your ability. And I actually appreciate how great this game is. But also, it is very frustrating. To clarify, the issue i consistent for all h2h modes. I will load into a game just fine, they play the quick intro, then the game just lags out and displays the rotating stadium and the play select screen never shows up for the opening kickoff. For the record I did try to adjust my mut lineup to basic players (even tho I don't play mut anymore) Also went as far to create another psn account and another ea sports account issue still persisted. If I played the cpu offline, game worked like a charm. I'm happy to see that there are ppl troubleshooting the aforementioned cases, and hope there is a resolution soon.

I load into a game, play the first few plays, the game stops moving an starts spinning and then my pc blue screens, sound similar or something different?

we are all wasting our breath trying to get EA to clean up their mess. Just keep asking us for error codes or blame our internet connection. what an absolute joke. i have the same problem, and every thread i go to, techs just say to clear your cache, plug in ethernet, etc. not like we havent been trying this since the game released or anything...

EA_Kenti will not be as nice as this gentleman here. 3 weeks with no response is wild considering you are a community manager. you represent the company you work for rather well i will say, not being present to take care of actual issues that need to be addressed. shame on you and shame on EA. one big dumpster fire of an organization.
