High latency and input delay in Europe

I'm situated in Europe and the latency and input lag in online h2h is driving me insane. 
From the inputs being delayed in playcall screens thus choosing the wrong play to adjustments not registering and player movements and tackles being off - every other game is either an extreme struggle because of this disadvantage or I quit out early because it doesn't make sense to try. There's some variation in how bad it is but I dont get any h2h games that play like offline games or practice mode. The fluidity is never like that or close. 

Before these generic questions about my connection come to deflect and put the issue back to my setup etc. - I don't have this issue with FC25, R6 Siege, F24 that all require a stable connection to be able to play smoothly and be competitive. I have a Ping of 16-18, download speed of 650-800mbps and upload of 50-55mpbs. That should be enough, period. 

Are there no servers for this game in Europe? I paid 80 bucks for this title and should be able to play the online modes this game ultimately evolves around without interference but I can't. 
If there's no solution to this, I will never be able to be competitive in online h2h and get the respective rewards and thus will probably stop playing and request a refund from PSN since the product doesn't work as intended.
