Same issue as the others stated in this thread. Pre-ordered the MVP bundle. Been playing Madden since launch but now I am getting the "continue trial" even though the store says I own the game.

We appreciate all the info you've been sharing with us on this.
It looks like this is an issue that's happening with the current free play weekend for Madden NFL 25. If you already have the full game you can ignore this message. Once the free play weekend ends it should stop showing up.

What about an update (just like this) on the actual major problem hundreds of thousands are experiencing? I think a simple status update on whats going on with Superstar Mode will go a long way @EA_Kent

It’s, not letting me play the game at all because the Trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it? I bought the game!

Experiencing this exact same issue, I bought the MVP bundle with CFB 25, and now we're hit with this garbage? I'm the only account on my x, and say's this crap about the trial?? Heads up EA, I NEVER downloaded the trial, what a damn joke.

Hey all,
If you're still running into the same trial error, can you try something for me?
Log into a different profile on your Xbox, then log back into your main account. Let me know if you're still running into the same trial message after that.

Okay but now that the weekend is over it’s telling me that I must be signed into the account that downloaded the game? Same as everyone before have been playing the game for weeks. Now I can’t even sign in? Sounds about right.

I am getting a message: EA PLAY Trial
This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress.
- Problem is, I can't get pass this screen to sign in. Signed in on my phone to send this message but that didn't help. I bought the ncaa/madden 25 bundle and now I can't play.
