Madden 25 PC Crashes during franchise mode

Question

I am having issues with my madden franchise file crashing during the loading screen. I create other new franchises and it's able to load, I also am able to play a quick game, but this particular franchise file that I have that's in week 2 is not working. I have been able to play week 1 games with no issues, so for this to happen is very random. I reinstalled the game twice to no avail. Please can I get some assistance?! I don't want to have to restart my franchise file again, because I'll be wondering if the same thing will happen again.

Also what is the point of the crash dumps file in madden 25? I want to view it to see why my game is crashing but I don't know how to open it.

Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you are running into. When you have a moment make sure to give the following a try first:

Run&nbsp;the&nbsp;System File Checker tool,&nbsp;then&nbsp;Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates
&nbsp;Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Library&nbsp;and find your game. Click the&nbsp;Manage&nbsp;icon, then click&nbsp;Repair.
Clear EA App's&nbsp;Cache&nbsp;(Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)
Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
Check if any&nbsp;background applications&nbsp;are stopping the EA app or your game.

If this continues, would it be possible to get&nbsp;DxDiag&nbsp;file?
