Everyone has tried all the youtube tutorials, cache resets whatever. There is a problem on EA's side that they for some reason have refused to address. For PC, when you click the EA App it or if you click on your desktop shortcut to madden it will load a slightly pixelated title image of Madden and then send you to the EA AppFor it to go this long is so damaging to MUT players especially. So much money spent on this game, yet we're are going to take the punishment. Our teams are depreciated in value, behind in rating when I a week ago I was considered a high-calibur team. We need this addressed and compensated immediately. Every day that goes by makes it more and more reasonable that we get full refunds on all in-game purchases because this is just flat out negligent that it has gone this long.

@EA_Barry all the above has been completed a week ago, this is not an effective response. This is not an individual issue, this group issue. My system is way about the minimum requirements needed too.

There are lots of other people reporting this issue on other threads as well. Most of us completed all these steps with no luck. Many of us spent hours performing clean installs of Windows only to reinstall the EA (Cr)App and Madden only to experience the exact same issue. To suggest that we need Windows updates or that our systems that have been running the game for months without a problem don't meet the system requirements is completely disingenuous. I am surprised you didn't tell us to reboot. How about someone acknowledges the issue? Tell us you are working on a fix? Let us know how you plan to reimburse us for the Madden points and season passes we purchased and now we can't use, or the EA Play Pro subscriptions we continue to pay for despite the fact we can't play the one EA game we play? I won't hold my breath. The one part of the system EA actually cares about - their ability to collect my money - is working just fine.

@Minksuit there not fix i havent try. i reset i have unistall i clear cache i did a pc reset 3 times . i do have a 4090 with a 7950 x cpu so its not my hardware.i cant do anything else on my end. never had a problem with steam and ea before

when i try load in off steam ea loads like always then i get a splash screen .then when its gonna launch kick me back to ea app madden stops running

It has been two weeks wince the issue has started. Every time I go to start the game, the loading screen will pop up. It will load, but then it shuts down and the ea app will open. I have tried every possible way I can to fix the issue. I have also been in touch with EA help and they provided me with other ways of fixing the issue, but none of those worked either. I was then told to send in a post. I have no idea what the issue is and what to do.
