When I log into madden nfl 25 Xbox series x/s edition, it appears with a pop up stating that I need to upgrade from the ea trial. I own the mvp bundle, which means that I should get the full version of both games. This issue just started occuring and when tested on the Xbox one version, it doesn’t show up. Thank you
Community ManagerBashBoy542 Typically with the trial, there is a separate download you need for the base game. The trial version and base game version are separate downloads and separate entitlements, so when you load up the game, it is the trial, not the full game.
The best way to resolve it is to uninstall the game, perform the below steps, then go into your library and find the one you own that is the base game.
