Missing items

I was advised be EA help to post here 

 

Honestly there are too many to even go into again for this season. But the ones I was reeaching out about are the EA Play monthly free packs, I have not received one at all this season, and have had EA Play active since it became available for Xbox several years back. I thought the free pack was stopped, but saw on your site that it should in fact be awarded.

 

Now the main issue currenlty is with the Genki Force field Pass. I used MUT points to purchase the Premium upgrade but have not been receiving my extra rewards that I should be getting with premium. I have received a couple here and there, but it has been sporadic so it is honestly hard to tell what I have missed and what I have not, but I know that I did not get the initial bonus items for the upgrade. and I would guess I have received no more than 7 of the 15 rewards as each level completed. 

 

The same thing has happened with the Season 6 Field Pass, I did not receive the bonus items that are awarded when you initial upgrade to the premium pass. 

 

There has been so much missing this season whether it is rewards not given, packs failing, which happened a lot with Genki Force promotion. I had 2 96 upgraded packs that failed, and the workarounds i saw in the forums did not work, now they are just gone, or even it saying i have a pack when doing a training re-roll but there being nothing to open.

    YumaFosgate Sorry to hear you have been having some issues with this years game. I can break a few of these down.

    EA Play rewards, this is an easy one. If the accounts are linked and you haven't received it, you would speak with Live Support They have the ability to add this.

    Genki content: So for the season pass thing. Some (not all) but some players purchased it while the update was happening or before it happened, and the player had not updated it yet, which is why some content, XP, etc, wasn't added. We cannot change what bonuses were not given but the games team did review that one.

    The issues around the packs was resolved with the team. There was a make-right for affected players, and the workaround still does work. With these; this is all handled through updates on the backend of the game, so we, as CMs, cannot grant that. If these issues haven't been resolved. we send it over in a report to the team and they review it. Most of this should be resolved at this point though. With the pass though, there are some visual bugs that wont show but on the account and the backend things are actually correct.

    Thank you. 

    So, last night with the  for the Genki Force I did receive some things, the elevation cards and the power,  but the still never received the main ones, and did not get the 93+ card, which is what I was waiting for. And I know I didn't miss it just never got it. I never saved, Icard that just appeared, or you know? I never opened a pack for it. Same goes for missing packs. I've never seen when redeeming for a pack. When I was having that bug, and I just never got what I had done a set for.

    I will try with the chat for the EA play stuff. For stuff that i'm missing, that was not addressed with with the update, what is my recourse? What are my next steps? I have sent an email. I have done the missing items and filled-out the. Request there and communicated with support via those means. I have done. Yeah, chat specifically for previous missing items. So what is my next step? If you are not able to on your end and Those methods i've already taken were unable to either.

    YumaFosgate The next step would be to have the account investigated with support. Since the forums are more tech and bug report-related, unless there were a mass number of players having the same issue, we don't have a hand in sending it to the studio teams. This is why we send players to support because we cannot investigate these types of claims on our own.

  • Support sends me to forum which sends me to support and the circle of avoidance and deception continues. 

    But, my [removed] will likely drop a bit of money tomorrow. I must be turning into some kind of masochist as I get older.

    With the amount of issues with MUT this year, you guys should be giving refunds of a percentage for those that paid extra. Like in the form of bonus points. 

    Something other than tell me which person I need to talk to so they can have me talk to someone else. You guys pass the buck so much, why not try to at least feign accountability.

    YumaFosgate I am sorry that you have been pushed back and forth like that. That is frustrating. As someone who came from the support to the CM role, it isn't about accountability. The forums is not a 1x1 live support channel. Community Managers are support. No one on the forums can validate an account, remove sanctions, grant content, etc. That is what support handles. If support sent you to the forums for missing content, we have to review that interaction which we will do. In the meantime, support reviewing the account for content, or if this is a known issue etc, is the correct avenue to get this resolved.
