Missing NFL Honors Welcome Pack Content

I opened the NFL honors welcome pack and didn’t receive anything all it did was crash the game anyone know how I can get those items?

yeadw can you go in and sort the binder and under items, sort by newest? If you do not see them there, you can message Live Support so that they can review your logs, as that is not something we have the option of doing over the forums.
