Missing Solo Battle Rewards
i have not received any of my solo battle bonus nor have i received coins for items i have sold in the auction house and it added up too probably almost a million coins and i've made it to legend status every week and every week i am unranked again! i truly enjoy the crap out of this game but when i spend real money on the in game purchases i expect the game to work so not only did i pay like 80 bucks for the game but probably have another 100 on in game purchases so if someone can direct me on how to get a hold of someone to get this fixed i would really appreciate any help if anyone can help?? thank you in advance!! jmpolston74 is my user name if anyone wants to add me!!

If you check your game and the Companion app and are unable to locate the content, you will need to set up a case on the Help site.
- Select Madden NFL 25
- In the search type in 'earned'
- Select I'm looking for something I earned
- If you do not have a case select Log in
- If you do have a case and cannot continue, click on Continue without logging in
- This will provide you with the following article on missing content
- If the article does not help resolve the issue, continue with the Still Need Help section
- Fill out your case as detailed as you can before you submit your case
