I was opening a few training packs when I pulled a superbowl pack, then when I clicked on it I got a notification saying "EA servers cannot process this request" or some bs and kicks me out of mut. When I load back up my pack is gone, I have no new players in my items, and my training is gone. Tf am I getting robbed of a free currency for?
Community Managerab563167f6bbcd9d Back out of UT and log back in. If they aren't there, close the game down, log into the companion app, and check your binder for the newest items. If you aren't seeing them there or in the pack's section, reach out to Live Support and have them check the logs.
Unfortunately they didn't show up, but I've only lost 3 packs from it, so I guess it could be worse. They were midfields and a redzone.
