Same issue; I am playing NCAA 25. EA is sending login codes to an email I cannot access anymore. I have changed my email on my EA Account, but the game still sends to the old email and I do not get the code. A few weeks ago, I could just hit O, and I would be able to log in by changing and having the code sent to my current email. Please help.
Just keep trying to get into a chat with EA support. Took me over a week. I think they're located overseas running weird/off hours. It was 8:30pm Eastern when I got someone to help. Once in a chat with them had my email updated in 10-15 minutes.
