EA_Shepard so I did everything mentioned above plus I went into safe mode to clear my cache and rebuild my PS5 database and even deleted the game entirely and redownloaded it. Same issue. So I’m 100% confident it’s tied to my EA account or the current season team pass because the rank icon is still blank in the “Squads section” even though it says Platinum. So either I would have to completely restart a whole new account and lose everything or this season team pass will have to restart in 26 days and see what happens.

Do you happen to have access to another PlayStation you can log into by chance? I am leaning towards the account issue, but I want to weed out the console itself as well.
EA_Shepard i do, but i cant unlink my account and relink it because i did it already and it says i cant do it until September. Im 100% certain its my account or the team pass badges/icon glitch that was happening before.
Also can u let the team know which i do know from a buddy who is in the top 100 on madden squads the RP is also glitched for people. Others are getting +40-60 a game on a win against 3 top 100's and in the same game he is getting +15-28. Hopefully they fix the RP issue to distribute evenly for everyone and i know it depends on the squad ur playing.

Community ManagerNo_Xcuses25 You do not need to unlink anything, really. All you need to do is log in with your PSN account like you normally would.
I did send the account to the team when I asked. It may be a bit before they take a look, though. They did, however, ask if you were able to do the following:
First step would be to set all your team pass badges, borders, etc to default and retry!
If that doesn't work, can you change to a different avatar and see if that loads in—in case it's the avatar that has an issue.
When using a different PlayStation, you should be able to sign into another PlayStation as a "one-time guest"; you can't move your account, but you can sign in temporarily.
