Teambuilder Download Error

We doing all this and they ain’t even blink and eye 😭 smh

Unfortunately it’s affecting all new builds, at least for me. If a team was created before Tuesday, I can download it. If it wasn’t, I can’t. And this goes for my builds and others’.

EA_QueenBee  if you all are able to at least acknowledge receipt of this and pass it up the chain that would be great. I bought this year’s version of the game specifically to utilize Teambuilder, so this is really disappointing. 

Would love for this to get fixed. Tried with 2 different teams and then created one on a different EA account to try downloading it as another user…same error message. What is going on? Should bump this every day till someone from EA responds.
