Hi, I recently purchased Madden 25 for my PS5. Things were going well when I started. However, since after midnight on Saturday 17 August (AEST) I received an error message: "The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later." Can I please have a resolution for this, as it is almost 72 hours. I look forward to receiving a reply. Kind Regards, Jeff

on Xbox I am repeatedly having the ea servers are not available at this time message. On both college football 25 and on madden 25. All other games online work fine .. I troubleshooted all of the recommendations with internet and reboots etc…I believe it is a profile issue as I can connect to the servers with my wife’s gamertag in the same console.. but when trying to establish connection with my account it says not available

Its really annoying. Nothing like grinding all last season to get everything then find out you cant use it

Ive seen one other person not be able to connect to servers. I get the message on everything i do except auction house. But i cant play challenged or connect to servers for over a week, I was able to play for 4 hours on early release then all the sudden cant connect to servers on over a week Only thing i can use is the store and auction house

Any luck fixing this issue? I'm facing the same and not finding solutions anywhere.

Hi there, @Bond_Recruit007 I moved your thread to the Madden 25 forums. It was posted under the EA App forums originally. As far as this issue goes, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. On NCAA I can keep trying and it will eventually work. On Madden it hasn't worked in 4 days.

Just create a new lineup. It's the same way you created your current lineup.
