Definitely feel as though I and most of us have been patient on this. Double checked, and certainly can buy points and packs though. Feels like this should be an easy fix but just low on the list of things to do. Is there a way to escalate this? As a loyal fan of the brand (Madden) for over 30 years, yes, you read that right, this feels like a smack in the face. Not the issue itself, the way it is being addressed/corrected. Thanks!
