I hear your frustration, and I totally get how aggravating it is to run into connection issues—especially after trying everything to fix it. We did have maintenance and an outage recently, so that could’ve been part of the issue. I get if its more than just earlier though.

Let me know what platform you’re on and any error codes you’re seeing, and we’ll go from there. I appreciate your patience! We all know turning it off and on doesn't always work, but if there are specific errors you can take an image of, I can have a look and see if there are more players having the same issue.
I have not been able to log in for 2 days. It says the servers are down

I am playing on Play station. would there be different steps for that?
