Hi my Xbox Series S gamer tag is "Fines ski". When ever I try to join a squads game, it says "unable to join game session because all players are not on the latest game version". There are no available updates for me, how do I fix this?

I play on Xbox Series X and my gamertag is Stretch8478 on that console I also have this problem with an error saying me or my friend isn’t on the latest version yet both of us have no updates this problem we noticed so far was for online head to head and when we tried to play each other in franchise mode.

We only play mut squads and we spent a lot of money, but we DO game share the actual game, but we buy points for packs... Wondering if there is a glitch with game share on Madden 25? Never been an issue before.We both tried turning cross play off and on, doesn't work. We've tried inviting to trios squads and duos squads, doesn't work.Can't right now as he's at work I'm at school.However, it's very disappointing.. we almost want a refund as we can't play the modes we want to play.. we are just waiting... Squads glitches has happened before and we were locked it for weeks before for a previous Madden. I hope you can escalate this to your team and get a patch out quickly because our game is just useless now and I purchased the deluxe edition for 3 days early access and it's pretty much useless as I dont play solo...Thanks!
