Unable to send H2H invites to friends

I am unable to send a invitation to friends - h2h game play on Madden 25. I receive the following message - "That action could not be completed." "Try again." I was able to send invites previously and made no changes.

    is there anyone who can help - paid for game and services and still not working and no customer support - thanks for nothing

    tried all of the suggestions still not working - can you call me to try and fix? 917-922-2986 - this is extremely frustrating
